1. What forms of payment do you accept? 
   We accept payment via Paypal, Revolut or BOV pay. 
   
   
2. Do you ship worldwide? 
   Yes, we ship internationally 
   
   
3. Do I receive a tracking number for my order?
   It is possible for an additional charge of €4 where your postage will be Registered Mail. When selecting this, your package will arrive sooner than when selecting regular mail. 
   
   
4. Where do you ship from? 
   We ship from Malta. 
   
   
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
   Locally: 2-3 working days 
   Internationally: 7-14 days
   
   
6. Do you exchange items? 
   Yes we exchange everything except earrings (for hygiene purposes) 
   If you have a set which includes earrings unfortunately, we cannot change it
